Practice
Holistic Attitude:
Mind, body, and spirit together contribute
to your sense of well being. It is as
if those parts form a container, and a
leak anywhere in the container negatively
affects its function. My job is to bring
together mind, body, and spirit, repairing
the leak to restore and enhance your enjoyment
of life.
Active Listening:
I listen, really listen, to the nuances
and complexities in your particular situation.
Clients like working with me because they
feel confident in my full understanding
of their needs and wants. Clients also
tell me that they particularly like how
we work together to help make changes
happen.
Active Therapeutic Style:
The process of active therapy is one of
back-and-forth dialogue. I am an active
therapist rather than one who sits back
just listening and saying "uh-huh."
Often, my style is described as being
a personal coach.
Setting Your Standards:
Pro-family and pro-integrity are trademarks
in my practice. I side with your honesty
and your highest principles and, when
possible, I work to keep a family together.
